    • IRA – Residence Coordinator

      To effectively manage all phases of the day-to-day operation of his/her assigned facilities. Maintain and/or enhance the provision of quality services to individuals receiving services by monitoring and implementing facility regulations, policies and procedures, and standards of good practice. Primary function is to coordinate all services to meet individual needs of individuals on assigned caseload, including a willingness and ability to look at new ideas and philosophies to create a quality of programming for each individual. In addition, is responsible for ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards within homes.

    • ICF – Service Coordinator

      To provide, monitor and supervise functional, continuous active treatment for assigned individuals within the Intermediate Care Facilities in both the day and residential settings. Serves as the primary advocate for assigned individuals; acts as the facilitator of the Interdisciplinary Team to integrate, coordinate, implement, monitor and adjust, as needed, each individual’s plan; to ensure that program plans are implemented consistently in both settings and enable individuals to reach their maximum level of independence; by regulation, to be responsible for all aspects of programming, general welfare, quality of life and well-being for individuals on assigned caseload.

    • Intern (Paid) – Information Technology

      To assist and facilitate various functions within area of responsibility.

    • Patient Access Representative

      Welcomes patients in a positive customer-focused manner. Perform a wide variety of activities designed to facilitate and maintain the smooth, efficient flow of operations within a variety of integrated care settings including dental, behavioral health, primary care, health-related services and care coordination. Ensure the timely and accurate collection of all required pieces of information for patient’s demographics, insurance and billing of all services in order to provide accurate information for the providers as well as obtain maximum reimbursement. Maintain confidential healthcare information recorded in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in a timely manner in order to provide the most complete and accurate patient record possible and to facilitate optimum patient care.

    • Residence Manager

      Responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the residence.Provides supervision and assistance to residence staff and ensures implementation of individualized programming for each individual who resides at the residence.Assists the Residence Coordinator in the development, monitoring and updates of residential habilitation plans.Provides direct input in the assessment, as well as, the design and implementation of individual behavior management programs.

    • Medical Records Clerk

      To perform a wide variety of activities designed to facilitate and maintain the smooth, efficient flow of operations within a variety of integrated care settings including dental, behavioral health, primary care, health-related services and care coordination. Responsible for managing patient health files and records-related correspondence and requests while incorporating a high degree of confidentiality, autonomy & professional standards. Maintain confidential healthcare information recorded in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in a timely manner in order to provide the most accurate patient record possible and to facilitate optimum patient care.

    • Lead Manufacturing Supervisor

      Responsible for directing the production activities in the government production department, including the efficient use of both manpower and equipment. Responsible for floor layout, the cross training of personnel, quality and specification adherence, production scheduling, and job set up. Works closely with support programs, quality assurance, and maintenance, assuring on time delivery of product.

    • Production Worker

      Sewing a variety of straps and pouches in different colors and lengths.

    • Dental Hygienist – $61,000 per year with $5,000 sign on bonus

      To provide dental hygiene, prophylaxis and general dental education to all registered patients of the Diagnostic and Treatment Dental Office.

    • Speech Pathologist

      Will assess and evaluate individuals’ needs and develop and/or implement service plans to meet those needs.  Comprehensive knowledge and skills to develop and implement a wide variety of therapy techniques, strong assessment skills and the ability to develop service plans to address individuals’ needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to self-direct and self-initiate, and handle a specified caseload.
