  • Direct Support Professional

    To provide direct care and supervision in all activities of daily living, implement individual’s Habilitation Plan, complete required documentation regarding individual milestones and behavior management programs, participate as an active member of a team with other program/department staff to provide the identified supports to participants, and enhance the skills and/or create the opportunity for consumers

  • Community Coach

    Provide direct individualized support services to service recipients to enable them to lead self-directed lives in their homes and to contribute to and be included in their communities in an ethical, holistic and professional, non-judgmental manner that builds upon the recipient’s strengths, choices and capabilities.

  • Behavior Intervention Specialist

    Behavior Intervention Specialists are responsible to provide ongoing support to all staff through on-site mentoring, coaching, training and agency trainings at various times that promote the protection of consumers’ dignity, safety, health, welfare and civil rights. This oversight ensures that all staff are competent to implement proactive behavioral approaches, effective teaching strategies, programmatic goals and

  • HR Administrator

    In conjunction with or under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, is responsible for providing Human Resources oversight within The Resource Center (TRC) and Allied Industries, including the development of Agency Human Resources policy and procedure, enforcement of federal, state, and local regulations and recruitment efforts.

  • Pharmacist – Per diem

    Under the direct supervision of the Supervising Pharmacist, provides a full range of pharmacy tasks within the scope of services available at The Resource Center Pharmacy and as developed by the department supervisor. Ensures the professional and efficient delivery of pharmacy services to consumers at The Resource Center.

  • Transportation Manager

    Assure the safe transportation of all passengers and staff transported by Central Transportation. Adhering to all Federal and State requirements regarding vehicles and driver requirements (inclusive of all applicable OPWDD regulations and guidelines). Managing all aspects of the agency fleet including and not limited to purchasing, replacement, vehicle maintenance, and safe operation.

  • HR Secretary

    To provide secretarial support services for a division or work site, serving one or more employees. This employee may be responsible for a variety of office tasks within the assigned area.

  • Assistant Residence Manager

    Our Assistant Residence Manager will assist in the effective operation of the residence. In conjunction with and/or in the absence of the Residence Manager, will provide supervision to direct care staff and ensures the implementation of individualized programming for each individual who resides at the residence.

  • RN – Residential

    RNs needed to provide nursing services within a Residential setting. Supportive, family type environment.

  • LPN

    To provide assistance to the professional practitioners in performing medical procedures. To prepare operatories and patient for scheduled procedure. To be responsible for patient instruction regarding follow-up scheduling, recording and documentation, supply care and inventory, and other related duties in a professional and confidential manner.
