TRC enacts restrictions on visitors to its homes and day programs

(March 17, 2020) – To maintain the health and safety of our staff and the people we support during the Coronavirus outbreak, The Resource Center has initiated the following actions effective Wednesday, March 18, until further decisions are made:

• We are temporarily suspending services at our certified Day Habilitation Programs (located on Eighth Street, Harris Avenue and Jones & Gifford Avenue in Jamestown, and on Lake Shore Drive in Dunkirk), Day Habilitation Without Walls, and Community Pre-Vocational Services.
• Our Residential sites will not be allowing visitors.
• Community Habilitation and Self-Directed Services will be provided to people we support who reside in the community, to ensure they have needed supplies and services.

We will update the status of these services through The Resource Center’s web site and social media.
