Responsible for the smooth, efficient and cost-effective operation of assigned clinical programs that serve a diverse patient population. In conjunction with and/or under the direction of the Director, is responsible for all activities that improve performance on the triple aim of improved individual and population health, improved patient experience, and reduced cost. To guide the day to day aspects of satisfactory patient visits, workflow efficiency, quality of care and health outcomes. Ensuring adherence with all regulatory compliance, quality assurance plans and fiscal management oversight. Oversees Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Pathology departments.
To serve as the lead technical staff in troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by end users for assigned Agency business applications. Research, recommend, and implement new functionality for assigned applications. Ensure assigned applications are updated, operational, and meet the needs of end users.
Under the direction of the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, oversees the shipping, receiving, routing and verification of all materials and supplies. Maintains, updates and verifies accuracy of inventory for military and subcontracting contracts. Ensures that paperwork processing and forwarding of documentation is done in a timely manner. Maintains a safe and orderly work environment.
To provide treatment, support, advocacy, and linkage to consumers enrolled in the Outpatient Clinic Programs. The Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinician functions as a supportive member of the interdisciplinary team and clinical team for all Outpatient Programs.
The primary function for the position is to coordinate and implement all aspects of TRC’s Incident Management program and provide medical oversight for investigations requiring a nursing/medical level of expertise. This will include conducting thorough and comprehensive investigations within the agency that may impact the overall health and welfare of the agency’s vulnerable individuals or impact the agency’s level of risk. The position will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of incident management and/or protective oversight regulations with the primary agency divisions to include OPWDD, OMH and DOH.

Knowledge of and/or ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Excel and Word as well as related financial software. Ability to use office equipment such as calculator, copy machine, etc. Must be detailed oriented and able to adhere to time sensitive deadlines. Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed or assigned to meet the needs of the department; ability and willingness to travel for work, including use of personal vehicle. To be responsible for patient prescriptions for the pharmacy and/or orthocare, including billing procedures and monetary transactions. To handle patient contact via telephone and in person. To provide general organization of the pharmacy/orthocare department in a professional and confidential manner.
To participate as an active member of the program planning team in the assessment, development, implementation, and provision of plans of nursing service, directed toward the achievement of individual healthcare goals and objectives; To provide the supervision, guidance, and support necessary to ensure the competency of professional and paraprofessional staff to skillfully and safely provide nursing service to individuals with diverse and complex medical histories; To provide clinical care to individuals who require varying degrees of nursing intervention and support; To ensure consistent compliance with established treatment plans; To promote a life of hope, dignity, and purposeful living for all.
Responsible for the safe transportation of ambulatory and non-ambulatory clients from residence to programming areas.
Assisting with development of respiratory policy/procedures as requested, ensuring all respiratory policies are carried out, ensuring safe and effective operation of all equipment, ensuring infection control procedures are carried out and ensuring competency and adequate education of staff providing services.
