THIS CLASS WILL LEARN THE ART OF QUILLING.   QUILLING INVOLVES USING STRIPS OF PAPER TO ROLL, LOOP, CURL, AND TWIST TO CREATE A DESIGN.  ARTISTS CAN CHOOSE TO TURN THEIR QUILLED HEARTS INTO A VALENTINE CARD OR A DECORATIVE WALL HANGING.
