This week our “Employee Spotlight” shines on B

This week our “Employee Spotlight” shines on Beth Ray, who received our Agency-wide Staff Appreciation Award for the third quarter of 2024. Beth was honored for her efforts in facilitating New Employee Orientation in the North County. Thanks to Beth, new staff who live in Northern Chautauqua County are able to do some of their required training virtually. This makes things easier on our new employees and on our training team.

There’s still time to be entered into a drawing

There’s still time to be entered into a drawing to win💲as part of our Fall Membership Drive!

Every non-TRC employee who becomes a Member, or renews an existing Membership, during our Fall Membership Drive will be entered into a drawing to win $200! You must be at least 18 years old to be a Member.

This week we shine our “Employee Spotlight” on Wendy Doutt, who was Employee of the Month in our Intellectual & Developmental Disability Services. Wendy, who supervises our Edgewater Day Program, ensures her employees are successful and well informed. And she makes sure the people in her program receive excellent support. Wendy also helps out in some of our homes when needed.

She is pictured alongside Brenda Jabczynski, who nominated her for the award. Congratulations, Wendy, and thanks for being a great supervisor and a compassionate caregiver!

We’re excited for the Jamestown Holiday Parade t

We’re excited for the Jamestown Holiday Parade tomorrow! We’ll have two buses in the parade, plus some folks carrying our banner and handing out candy. Be sure to cheer when you see us!

If you’re downtown for the parade, stop by our CHQ Plus - Discover the Difference store at the corner of Third & Cherry. They’ll be open until 8:00!
