    Coordinate and facilitate program compliance with regulatory standards, legal requirements, Agency policies and procedures and best practices. To ensure that plans of corrective action deficiency notices are completed and/or resolved in a timely manner.

    To analyze causative factors and work to prevent and/or reduce reoccurrences of citations. To identify trends and systemic issues and respond as proactively as possible to remedy compliance issues within the program area. To conduct program and service internal audits in order to ascertain adherence to quality standards, corrective measures undertaken based on past deficiencies, and opportunities for service or operational improvements.
