Here’s an update to the situation involving telephone service at some of our facilities:

TRC Community Health Center – Phone calls coming from our office will display the number 716-463-2859. To reach our offices, you may call that number or our main line at 716-661-1447. We hope to have our phones operating normally next week. 

Other Resource Center facilities – We continue to experience a situation in which we do not have voicemail service at several of our large buildings. If you are unable to get through to the person you are trying to reach, you can do one of three things: 

* Phone our main number at 716-483-2344, and the receptionist can relay your message

* Use our online contact form at https://resourcecenter.org/contact-us.

* If you know the email address of the person you want to reach, contact them that way. (Most of our email addresses use this format – firstname.lastname@resourcecenter.org)
