Cancellations

Please give 24 hours notice if you have to reschedule your appointment. If you call the Primary Care office after hours, our answering service will take your call and contact us with your cancellation.

Medications & Refills

Please allow 72 hours to process a refill on any prescription

Call your pharmacy first to refill your medications. The pharmacy will contact our office directly if a new prescription is necessary.

Please bring all medications with you when you come for your appointment
